Top smartphones to look for in 2018 (The MWC launches)

It seems that the MWC 2018 was a big success this time if you follow the developments. But, which smartphones were the biggest hits and when those will be available in India? Thats the question everyone asks. Well, keep reading till I tell you the top 5 mobiles to look for in 2018 after MWC. Please note I will not include Samsung S9 as it was too obvious. 

5. Sony Xperia XZ2:

Xperias used to be one of the leading mobile brand in India when it was launched by Sony back in 2010. But, slowly, the brand value eroded due to chinese entrants and Sony did not really evolve. The same old boring design and an awkward positioning of sensors always haunted the company. Sony went with Mediatek chips for many models because you know its Japan and Taiwan and they share a friendly relationship. Slowly, Sony has realized that it needs to upgrade the design and internals. Sony Xperia XZ2 is the mobile which has been brought with that concept. With a 18:9 panel and 845 chip inside its a beast. The curved back and an outstanding camera sensor make the mobile more interesting. Though, omitting a 3.5mm jack was not interesting at all. Lets hope this mobile creates some buzz in terms of sales.

4. Nokia 1:

I know I know. You may directly jump to conclusion that it has only 1 GB ram and 8 GB rom, yet you tell that its a mobile to look for. Well, its because the mobile is first of kind Android Go edition mobile from a Tier I mobile brand. The update track record is great for Nokia. The mobile is meant for entry users like students, Senior citizens etc. As its Android GO, you will get all Go edition apps. Even if its 1GB RAM and 8 GB rom, the OS is designed for that hardware. I guess at 5.5k INR, the mobile should be a hit. Anyway, its not sales what I consider, its the logic behind it which is "even a very basic user must taste the latest software experience from google". Hats off !

3. Vivo Apex (Concept Phone):

Vivo stunned everyone with their all screen mobile in which the front panel is purely a screen. The lower half is a finger scanner. The front camera just slides to the top. Amazing it was. The mobile if comes to Indian market by end of this year, it will create a revolution. Great going Vivo !

2. Asus zenfone 5z:

It seems the debacle of iPhone X is the new trend of Androids. Its very strange how notch is being adapted like a new fashion for the android mobiles. Copy cats!  Anyway, the mobile has a notch and beautiful display. The mobile is powered by 845 chip. The price is said to be below INR 40000. At that price, it becomes a must buy. The update track record of Asus is also very good. Apart from Notch, the mobile has everything to look forward to. Nice Asus !

1. Nokia 7 Plus:

Nokia launched many mobiles out of which Nokia 7 plus is the one which everyone talked about in MWC 2018. The first mobile of Nokia to sport a 18:9 panel. With a stunning build made out of series 6000 aluminium, Nokia is just setting a new benchmark for beautifully crafted mobiles. The mobile has a SD 660 processor and will come under Android One program. It comes with a dual carl zeiss optics camera and a front and rear portrait mode. The mobile has been launched at Rs 24k in China. This mobile if launched in india at that price will be a steal deal.
